Russell Johnson is a Bakersfield native. Mr. Johnson has an extensive history in government. He has served as a District Representative for a local State Senator, Chief of Staff to a County Supervisor, Planning Commissioner and Councilmember at the City of Bakersfield. In 2010, Russell started the government affairs firm, Common Sense Consulting where he has helped clients with issues such as land entitlement, assessments, permits, and association management.

Jenifer Pitcher is also a native of Bakersfield. She has experience in oil and gas regulations and extensive knowledge of the new water regulations in California under the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act. Jenifer also has a proven track record of building successful coalitions, association management and advocacy groups. She has worked in government and public affairs throughout the San Joaquin Valley since 2009. Jenifer has managed traditional media and social media platforms for multiple organizations, increasing their visibility and relevance in the community.
